Policies
Cancellation policy
Clients must cancel an appointment at least 24 hours prior to the time of the appointment. Failure to do so, will result in a cancellation charge, 100% of the appointment scheduled. All services and products are final sale and non refundable. If you are running late please let me know.
Late policy
If you are running late to your appointment please contact me via text or call ASAP. There is a 10 minute grace period, but after 10 minutes the appointment will need to be rescheduled while also resulting in the cancellation fee.
no show policy
Clients who do not show up for their appointment with no communication will result in a 100% charge for the appointment booked. Future appointments will not be accepted until this fee is paid.
Reminders
Appointment reminders are sent our to the phone number and email address provided when booking 48 hours and 24 hours before the appointment. Please be sure to confirm appointments. Appointments can be rescheduled as well as canceled through the link sent up until 24 hours before the appointment.
